If you have left an item behind during your stay, please feel free to contact us at hotel@legoland.dk.
Please provide as many details as possible about the item you have left behind, including:
The room you stayed in
The date of your stay
And a description of the item.
If we find the item, we will let you know. If you would like the item to be sent to you, you will need to order and pay for a parcel label yourself. We will then send the item using the parcel label you have ordered.
We recommend that you contact us as soon as possible after your stay.
