What is the cancellation policy?

For prepaid stays the following applies:

If, in connection with a booking of the stay, a cancellation protection has been taken out, it will be possible to cancel up to 12.00 PM on the day prior to arrival on the precondition that the cancellation is due to illness and can be documented by a medical certificate. I this case the full amount for the stay less the price of the cancellation protection is refunded. In all other cases (no matter whether cancellation protection has been taken out or not) the following cancellation rules apply:

• For cancellation of a stay more than 60 days prior to arrival the full amount will be refunded less an administration fee of DKK 700.- 

• For cancellation of a stay between 60 and 30 days prior to arrival, 50% of the rental amount will be refunded. However, as a minimum an administration fee of DKK 700.- will be charged 

• For cancellation of a stay between 29 and 15 days prior to arrival, 25% of the rental amount will be refunded. However, as a minimum a DKK 700.- administration fee will be charged 

• For cancellation of a stay between 14 and 0 days prior to arrival there is no refund. 

If you booked more then 1 room, the above applies per room.

For guaranteed stays the following applies:

The stay may be cancelled up to 6.00 PM two days prior to arrival. For later cancellation or non-arrival an administration fee will be charged corresponding to the full price of the stay.

For reservations via other booking sites:

Reservations made via other booking sites or travel organisers must be cancelled where they were booked.
